Specifications from manufacturer data. Every package is quoted installed and in writing after the site visit: transfer switch, gas piping, pad, permits and fuel change the total. New installations use the current line; we maintain and repair every Generac line, including earlier Guardian units.

01

Residential systems

Air-cooled Generac units from 10 to 28 kW cover most single-family homes in Lee and Collier counties. We install Generac’s current Next Generation line, with cellular monitoring as standard; earlier Guardian Series units stay supported for service and upgrades. The right size comes from the loads you want running at the same time, above all the starting current of each air-conditioning system, not from square footage. A 200 A automatic transfer switch and load management let a well-sized unit carry central A/C, kitchen, well or pool pump and lighting.

02

Larger properties and liquid-cooled options

Homes with three or more A/C systems, elevators or large pool and irrigation equipment usually exceed what an air-cooled unit can carry. Generac's liquid-cooled Protector and XG Protector lines take over from there: they run quieter at full load and are built for longer continuous operation. The assessment decides between the largest air-cooled model with load management and a liquid-cooled system.

03

Commercial applications

Restaurants, clinics, offices, HOA clubhouses and multi-tenant buildings need standby power that meets code for the loads they cannot lose: refrigeration, life safety, elevators, access control and connectivity. We survey the site, define the scope per property and document it for managers and boards.

04

Transfer and load management

Every installed system includes an automatic transfer switch that senses the outage, starts the generator and moves the house to standby power in seconds. Smart management modules and load-shedding relays let one unit run two A/C systems in stages instead of forcing a larger generator. Mobile Link monitoring reports status, alerts and maintenance reminders to your phone and to our team.

05

Compare your options

Specifications on this page come from manufacturer data. Installed prices depend on fuel, transfer switch, gas piping, pad and permits, so every model shows a written installed quote instead of a unit price. Use the estimate planner to organize your loads, then book the on-site assessment to confirm the model.

LET’S MAKE IT CLEAR

Frequently asked questions about standby generators in Southwest Florida

A clear plan starts with answers you can use.

Ask our team
Do you publish generator prices?

We quote installed systems in writing after a site visit, because the transfer switch, gas piping, pad, permits and fuel choice change the total. Each product page lists what the installed quote includes.

Which brands do you install?

We sell, install, service and monitor Generac. Other brands are serviced case by case; tell us the model when you call.

Can I buy a generator without installation?

Our catalog is for installed systems. A standby generator needs a permitted electrical and gas installation and a startup to keep the manufacturer warranty, so we quote the complete project.
