Cape Coral is LCEC territory, the hardest hit in Ian and Milton
About 30,000 LCEC customers went 12 days or more without power after Ian, most of them in Cape Coral, Pine Island and Sanibel. During Milton, Northwest and Southeast Cape Coral together counted more than 45,000 LCEC outages in a single evening. Many Cape Coral streets have no natural gas, so a properly sized propane tank is part of the plan.
Your lot shapes the plan
Review equipment placement, fuel access and service access together. Canal-front and other constrained properties need a property-specific assessment rather than a standard placement assumption.
Coordinate the details early
Ask which property documents and approvals are needed, and what site work is included. Clear responsibilities make it easier to compare proposals and prepare for installation.
Keep your existing generator in the conversation
If a system is already installed, tell us its model and service history. Maintenance, monitoring and repair have different goals; choose the service that fits the issue.
